Fourth floor View of the Acropolis
Super friendly staff learning a lot about the family and the history. The neighborhood had great restaurants, near by post office, grocery store, and pharmacy. There is a view of the Acropolis from the 4th floor balcony.

Very nice and cosy hotel. The owners were very nice, as well as the receptionists. There was a problem with the wifi in our floor, which was very inconvinient. Except this problem, we enjoined very much!

The hotel staff were great and very helpful. The AC in the room was great! It stayed very cold at night even though it was hot outside (we like the AC to be way down). The shower pressure was amazing. The force of the sprayer could take the paint off the wall. Which I love. The biggest issue of the hotel was the cleanliness. It didn't feel dirty until you got to the shower. The drain had mold. If the shower was cleaner, I would definitely stay here again.

This was just an overnight stop for 4 of us flying out of Athens the next day. The lift and stairs were from a bygone era, but we knew this coming in. We had a pleasant stay.

Old hotel, but clean and well located, close to Acropolis museum etc., and restaurants. Very nice staff! Lovely terrasse for breakfast, which is available for €9. We recommand for a few days stay.

Great restaurants nearby. Staff is great, gave great local info, extra pillows. Air conditioning is inadequate in summer heat, and cigarette smoke enters the rooms from nearby and lingers. We found a 4 star hotel for less money while we were there. Shop around.

Nice stay, walking distance to Acropolis
Great employees that provided good advice on where to eat, etc. We stayed in room #51 which had a nice view of the Acropolis. Room was quiet and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at the Art Gallery hotel. While the hotel is dated and could use updating, the value for money is quite good. The location is excellent - very walkable to the Acropolis and dining. The staff were pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. One minor complaint: one staff member liked to sit outside and smoke on the front steps, and the smoke wafted in and up to the corridor outside our room. All in all, I would recommend this for a budget hotel option in Athens.

Location was great, but extremely hard beds! The pillows were flat and you had to make your own bed, needless to say it took me a while to fall asleep. The keys are extremely inefficient because they are REAL meta keys, so only one key per room.

I need to make it clear distinction here between the staff and the facility. The staff was absolutely awesome. The people we met helped us with anything that we asked and were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the facility is not good. The room was extremely small and was barely big enough to fit a bed, the bathroom was not good, and this place has cockroaches. I would not recommend it
