Great location
Lovely hotel, room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with excellent service and plenty of variety. Check in and out was excellent and staff were very helpful and informative. Close to Hop on Hop off stop but we walled or used tge metro which was easy and convenient.

The graffiti in our room was perhaps, not the most aesthetically pleasing but the bed and bathroom were fabulous

Awesome stay in Athens
We had a great, comfortable room. The bathroom was wonderful (the shower was enormous). The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We loved the location. Thank you for making our first trip to Athens an awesome experience!

Good hotel
Location is good for taking subway metro to visit attractions. Room was quiet and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was good. There are lots of stores nearby.

Another amazing stay, this is our favourite hotel in Athens as it's friendly, clean, well positioned and the breakfast is superb we stayed both at the start and end of a cruise and both times got upgrades but even if we hadn't we'd have still loved it.

I was enthralled with the photos of the rooms and the hotel in general. And, very happy that the photos matched the room we were assigned. Staff was exceptional from start to finish. We had two previous hotels in Athens for our trip to Greece and luckily this was our final booking and the most accurate in images and description. Yes, there is a little wear and tear but normal not excessive. Enjoy!

Hotel is an excellent position. First night we stayed was very nice room. Second night we booked the same class of room but what we got was unacceptable. Room was smaller and have no couch with only one plastic chair to sit on for 2 people. First night we had a couch and 2 chairs wich make sense. As a long standing member of hotel .com we are intital to an upgrade. With hotel not full we were refused an upgrade and not offered better room. For the money you pay there are much better options.

The Absolute Best Service
This hotel has the absolute best service. On par with 5 star hotels around the world. The management can be proud of how well trained their staff is. Everyone on every level was so helpful from Front Desk to Housekeeping & restaurant staff. The breakfast was amazing as well. We Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Athens. Suggestions: I would add some usb ports in rooms & outlets in rooms & start breakfast at 6am, instead of 7am.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are individually decorated; and they have a nice assortment of hot and cold breakfast selections. The surrounding area is quiet, and there is plenty of shops and restaurant options within easy walking distance.

Great hotel and stay!! Only complaint was that you could not lower the temperature than 21 degrees on the thermostat (while it allowed you to lower it, it didn’t do anything to make it cooler). Called Reception & confirmed this was intentional

Very goid hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hop on hop off bus stops right across the street. Breakfast was amazing ! The orange juice was so good I would go back just to get a glass. Would definitely stay again.
