I booked one day to many they refused to give me a credit. Beds were hard as a rock. Staff didn’t seem to care about you at all. Positive thing was. They had an amazing rooftop restaurant with a view.

Regret we had a very poor experience from beginning to end. There was no welcoming from staff and deputy manager during check in. We booked 8 rooms and all of our rooms were at back side of hotel, next to air condition units and were very noisy. At midnight, there was a electricity cut and we woke up with huge generator noise. (By the way, generator was only for main hotel places but not for the rooms.) We had no power and air condition for few hours in our rooms. None of us could sleep during the night. In the morning they didn’t even come to us and apologies for the inconvenience or offered any complimentary for an excuse. Besides they just made our check outs like nothing happened also charged for coffees we had during check out process. Overall they don’t deserve 5 star and don’t act like that at all for sure. Don’t suggest anyone to have this bad experience. There are way better hotels in Athens which you can get what you paid for.

It is an excellent hotel with in a wonderful neighborhood (Kolonaki). The hotel is in walking distance to great sites and restaurants. The property had great services, outstanding breakfast buffet, and welcoming and helpful staff. I loved the rooftop pool and bar area. I would come here again and again.

Lovely hotel! The rooftop patio to view the acropolis and swimming pool to cool you down are the selling points aside from the great staffs.
