A fresh, convenient and fully-equipped house, furnished with impeccable taste, can become the ultimate destination at all seasons. (upon request we can additionally provide 1 small bed and 1 baby cot for young children and/or babies)

The Space:
Just a few blocks away from the port, the main square, stores, beaches and ferry-docks, located in a quiet neighborhood with an astounding view to the Aegean sea, the island of Evia and the mountains of Attica, our apartment can offer you a peaceful, relaxed and at the same time an exciting break. Guests can enjoy the unique colors of sunrise and sunset, a romantic atmosphere with beautifully decorated spaces, and a fully equipped, comfortable household for couples or families, hosting up to five visitors. A fresh and convenient apartment, furnished with impeccable taste, combing traditional and contemporary elements can become your ultimate destination at all seasons.

Guest Access:
The apartment is spacious, on the 5th floor of the tallest building of the coastline. The flat occupies 110sm with another 80sm of verandas. It has three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, kitchen, office, laundry room, fireplace, BBQ, two (2) free parking spaces, A/C, central heating, TV, Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. There is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an office space that overlooks into the Aegean. A second double bedroom looks over the Marikes beach. A third single bedroom enjoys the view to the port. There is a second bathroom in between the two bedrooms. The living/dining room spaces with their lovely artistic setting and the romantic fireplace become the central hub of the company in both summer and winter. The view is just spectacular at all directions. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and communicates through sliding doors with the dining area as well as the veranda. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a second large refrigerator, a sink and a small storage space. In the summer, the two favorite spots of the house are found outdoors. It’s the large marble table where guests can enjoy their meals, a glass of wine gazing the view and colors over endless conversations under the moonlight. The other one is a set of bamboo furniture in the front balcony, ideal for sunbathing in the morning and meditation and relaxation in the evenings, admiring the moon rising from the waters. The office space allows for a quiet and focused work, overlooking the ferries getting to the port. Guests are welcome to pick any of our books from the shelves. In winter time, families and friends can gather around the fireplace to catch up with each other or play board/table games. The house also offers amenities for infants and toddlers (crib, playpen, etc.)

The Neighborhood:
Rafina is the second largest port in the region of Attica. Ferries travel to the islands of Evia, Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, etc. Numerous beaches can be reached within walking distance. Marikes is the closest beach (5 mins walk) that is mainly sandy with some sections with pebbles. One can find refreshments and snacks at the beach bar.
The apartment is the perfect destination for all; for those who may seek peace and quiet and for those who really want to party. Cafes, taverns, restaurants, bars and clubs are just a few blocks away (10-15 minutes’ walk).
