Check in was horrible, the lady was alone on her first day of working. She had no idea what she was doing and was so frantic, she had to keep calling the manager to ask questions. I think it’s very irresponsible to leave a new person with little to no training alone on their first day. The smoke alarm started beeping during the night, the maintenance man came to fix it for us. There are a lot of people actually living here. The room was clean, only issue was the plug in air freshener was too strong.

I don’t recommend this inn, did not get my deposits back for the 2 rooms I reserved, and I have to dispute it with my bank. The room smells, cockroaches in the room, the sink is clogged, and the refrigerator is leaking water.

rude, slow or not connected wifi, deposit required
The front desk clerk was so rude to treat the guest. WiFi is really slow or disconnected most of the time and it was really hard to do some browsing some information by my laptop and smartphone. This hotel required to deposit cash or credit card payment. the clerk said that if the room used clean, they would be refunded the money. I complained that I paid by my credit card through hotels.com and why do you need another deposit payment. If something wrong, you may charge to my credit card. But, that's their policy to charge cash or credit card just in case, something wrong happened. I met the manager and talked about the above things and please take care of these for the successful business here. I hope that they can be better in the future.
