Quick overnight due to early flight. All staff excellent except bartender not the friendliest compared to everyone else we encountered. Blow dryer in room poor quality especially for a full service property.

When I checked in the host was not friendly, and did not even let me know where the elevators were, or how to navigate to get to my room. The elevator smelled like someone urinated in it, the water pressure was beyond acceptable, and the ice machine on my floor did not work- when I called reception they told me I had to try every floor to see which one worked. I was on the 9th floor. All other hotels that I have stayed at their incidental refundable fees range from $25 to $50, this hotel was $100.... for what?

The staff goes above and beyond to keep you happy. The food was average but very good. However, if you list gluten free on your menu, the wait staff should know what that means. The waiter had no clue and kept bringing me things with gluten in it. I ended up getting sick. The morning staff was great for breakfast buffet, and knowledgeable about my food allergies

Decent Hotel, It is clean and the people are friendly but it is an airport location Hotel in a little bit of a secluded area. Heavily used by the airlines.
