Not a single employee said hello to us except for the maintenance man in our hallway. The staff were friendly when I went up to them. I have never had this experience at any Marriott location. I also try to stay at a Marriott just because of the customer service. I “Hello” to your guest in passing goes a long way!

Both the bathroom floor and the bathroom door were stained. And no, it wasn't just condensation. This prevented me from having a pleasant stay as I thought the entire room was dirty.

The internet was not free!! We were charged $15 a day for WiFi that I only even used because we were told it was free and it says on Expedia free WiFi. When we logged in on the tv there was a Free option and an option for higher speed internet. We chose the free one and were still charged! The front desk just kept saying the internet used to be free but not anymore. Nothing that they can do about it and were very dismissive. Horrible customer service from the lady at the desk the day we checked out!!

The hotel ,since it is located in a very nice and lush area,with lots of trees, needs a little better signage; I suppose depending on where one is coming from to help visitors ,specially the out-of-towners to find the place easier.

When reserving a room on Hotels.com you do not get the type of room expected. This is the second time I requested a King bed and received a full size. The breakfast service was great. Really appreciate their attention. Can't say enough about that part of the staff.

There was mold on my children under blanket, went to inform front the guys just laughed. Then we was told 10pm was the last time to place order, then the guy at the bar took other peoples order, now remind you that 10pm was the cut off time;thats what he told us.

Great for the value!
Great room for the value- plenty of space and the bed was really comfortable. There were tons of stains though on the curtains, on the furniture- the linens were clean but the rest of the room was just showing its age. Bar was great and the staff was wonderful.
