I booked the property due to its convenient location near the airport and near my event. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly. This was the only positive factor during my stay. However, I asked for “no housekeeping” during my stay and the clerk assured me that the rooms are only cleaned every third day of your stay. I booked for two nights. Less than 24 after my arrival, a note was left inside of my room that my room had been cleaned but my bed not changed bc I left personal items on it. I left my purse, laptop, and lots of other expensive items in the room thinking it would not be cleaned. The safe did not work. It has absolutely no power, it would not shut close, and it was filthy dirty inside. The room was gross. The only clean item in the room was the sheets and pillow cases. Stains all over the curtains, carpet, sofa, etc. hair in the refrigerator and dried food stains. I had no choice but to keep my reservation I had important meetings from the time I arrived until the morning I left. Also, I needed to print something and the clerk told me their was a business center. Two computers and no internet access. So what’s the use of the business center of business travelers Can not use the internet? My phone would not hold service inside of the rooms. The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Even to save $$ it’s not worth it. I was also hit on by every male guest upon entering and exiting my room. I felt uncomfortable. One star is for free parking.
