The Hotel outside looks great. However, The inside area looks dated. the hotel needs a renovation. The carpets on the room as well as the aisle to the room are very old. The caulking on the bath tub had mold on the corners A night for $200.00 CAD It is very expensive for the room offered.

I really loved the customer service that Miss Angie gave! The room wasn't great but I was able to thoroughly clean it with cleaning supplies that she gave me at the front desk. I really wanted to ask for my money back but because of the Awesome service Angie gave and the wonderful hot breakfast next morning, I just didn't want to bother the managers. Breakfast was indeed good! I would've gave better rating but the bathroom, bathroom towels, the shower was filthy and the safe box didnt work, the frig wasn't cold nor could you adjust it to make it colder. I slept okay but not what I thought it would be. It wasnt even a tub in room, which on the booking it states tub/ shower combo. I wasn't too happy about that because I wanted a hot bubble bath. I would only book again if necessary and price was lowered plus if Miss Angie was working there when or if i ever decided to go back. They need lots of housekeeping help!

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. The building was nice and I'd stay here again. There were some minor things that stopped it from being perfect. First, the number given to call for the shuttle doesn't go directly to the hotel, and it took almost an hour for me to get connected with someone to pick me up. This was very frustrating, especially since the airport shuttle was a selling point for me. The shuttle and driver were good when I finally got them, at least. Second, there was no internet for guests, with the business center not working. Third, there was trash left around the pool area (was still there the next morning or I wouldn't mention it). Despite these things stopping it from being perfect, I want to say again that the front desk staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, especially the lady I checked out with- she deserves a raise!

Weekend trip for Niece Graduation.
Traveled for niece graduation. Excellent location to airport. Desk service by Angie was excellent. Was unable to get receiot upon checkout. Didnt like that; was tild 3rd party would send it. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage potatos(good), waffles and such. Room was very comfortable.

The check in staff was amazing. She gave service with a smile, was helpful and even offered to help me find features on my rental car giving me problems. She remembered be upon check out and was very nice. However , on day two, when I returned to my room from the day’s business, my key no longer worked, the agent Working the desk this time, never apologized and was nonchalant. I was tired and expected more. Btw, the room staff had finally emptied trash from previous guests, took towels but replaced zero. Had it not been for the wonderful check in team, I would have given this hotel a lower rating.
