I am an IHG rewards member. I typically find their properties as hidden gems. This one was not a gem. Where do I begin? 1. The bathroom, when you turned on the shower the wind from the water coming out of the shower leaked onto the floor because the shower curtain was cotton and lacked a liner. I used three towels during my four day stay to remove water from the floor. 2. The chairs in my room were disgusting. Stains, crumbs, and whatever else were on the chairs. I covered the chairs with towels to sit on. 3. The television didn't work on certain stations. When I called maintenance, he told me those stations on the TV didn't work. 4. The carpet was filthy. 5. I got a room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding when I called down to have them delivered no one delivered so I had to get them myself. 6. I was told I needed to pay a $ 75-a-day/ incidental fee when I checked in. I travel to Atlanta frequently, I have stayed all over the city and suburbs, and I have never experienced a $ 75-a-day fee. I stayed at the Westin a few months ago and was there for a week with $200 incidental for the week. 7. There was no fine dining anywhere around the hotel. There's a Tim Hortons and a great breakfast spot Grits and Eggs about 3-4 blocks away. The hotel store lacked personal grooming items like shaving cream, soap, shower caps, etc. Will never stay there again.

The property was nice however, the paint in the room was piling off, the shower would stop up when me and my boo took a shower, there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room and most of the tv channels on the television didn't work. We had to park 20 minutes away due to parking being $48.

Rescued!
This was great. Flew in from far East and had no door key to my apartment late. I was able to book right away and got a much needed comfy warm rest. Everything was clean and in order. It was No fuss no muss no problems. Since they are in the neighborhood my guest can be directed to them when they visit me.

Everything was very bad; I booked in this hotel because I had many hours already traveling on the road. Arrived at night and closed doors, no sign or entrance sign. I was given a totally different room than the one I asked for, the sink did not work, it was blocked, we were charged extra if we took something from the fridge, and there was no refrigerator in the room, Under the bed there was plastic that other guests left, So it was dirty under the bed. Bad service, except the valetparking, very friendly shift at night and tomorrow.

You get what you pay for, WORST WIFI EVER.
This hotel was interesting. It wasn’t bad but also wasn’t great or anything to go crazy over. It did have a balcony but it was off limits/permanently closed. Which means there was no windows to open so no option for fresh air. The hotel def has seen better days but it’s not like motel level by any means. One of the lights didn’t work, and lighting overall was low. The beds were comfy enough and I didn’t mind. Surprisingly slept pretty well with all the noise of downtown ATL. Multiple times a night there were police cars going by all throughout the night, which I don’t fault the hotel for but even with there being no windows that could open, the sound came right through the windows. So if you are a light sleeper, hopefully higher than the 10th floor you don’t hear it. The worst part that really screwed me over was the internet. I do videography and uploading videos to my clients was impossible on WiFi. I had to use my hotspot. Even on my phone scrolling social to relax videos were buffering or not loading. Some of the worst WiFi I ever used at a hotel. So if you have a business meeting that’s video or do large uploads, highly suggest bringing a hotspot or booking somewhere else. All in all, you get what you pay for. It was cheap, location was great there was a lot nearby and the area didn’t seem too rough. Also, I saw a lot of complaints about staff but any interactions I had were just fine. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either.

I was so skeptical about our stay after reading the most recent views. However, our stay was great! Nicole at the front desk got us checked in in under 5 minutes. Our room was clean, no weird smells or anything. We were on the 17th floor and did not hear traffic or any noise from outside. I would recommend this hotel and stay again. You can't beat the location in downtown Atlanta.
