I admit I was skeptical, but I took a chance. I didn't want to be in downtown Atlanta and I wanted to be somewhere i didn't have to pay $40 a day to park considering we were staying 4 nights. The Crowne Plaza was quiet, clean and the staff was excellent. The facilities were very nice. Too cold for the outside pool of course but the gym was nice and had mens and women's locker rooms that each had a sauna and steam rooms. Very clean and modern. Rooms were clean and up to date. There's a shopping center across the street that has a Publix grocery store, TJ Maxx, Target, Dicks plus some other stores and eateries such as Panda Express. LA Fitness and IHOP was across the street a smaller shopping center. About less than 5 minutes away was a Waffle House. This hotel is about 30 mins from the airport, but considering everything i mentioned-worth the drive.we enjoyed our stay, no issues at all and pricing was decent through Orbitz considering we booked less than week before our trip.

Best hitel stay in a while!
We were really shicked that we had daily room service. New towels, beds made and trash taken out, so rare these days! The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very comfortable!

We stayed here for the Billie Eilish concert in downtown Atlanta and absolutely loved everything about it. Check in was a breeze, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with us, the room was cleaned IMMACULATELY, not even a speck of dust to be found. The hotel itself as well as the rooms are extremely nice and modern, the bed was super comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. It was completely silent all night, the location and surrounding are seemed to be quite upscale and safe, and it’s only about a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Atlanta. This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, and we both slept like a rock. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again on our future trips to Atlanta, I’m truly bummed to have to leave!

The first room I was given had a very strong mildew odor . Also a large silverfish bug in the bathroom. They are attracted to moisture. I was asked ro be switched to another room. This room had a giant burger stuck and dried up on the wall by the TV. I did not want to ask to be switched again. So I just stayed the last day there. Also, the woman at the front desk enrolled me into IHG rewards without asking my consent. She asked me for a email making me think it was part if the check in process. I did not notice this until later and I did not like it. It was not a good experience. The lobby area and restaurant bar area looked nice. But I didn’t use is during my stay. I Would not stay there again or recommend

I stayed here for several days while visiting the city and loved it here. It was quiet and clean, the parking was easy and felt safe (and free), and I worked in my room for a couple of days using their WiFi and it worked perfectly. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good. I would definitely consider staying here again! Good price for a nice property that is accessible to many restaurants, shopping, and the highways.
