The Hotel Presentation A level up from Other Embassy across the country… as far as our room is concerned It was Nice minus the Toilet seat literally Coming off Toilet, The Hotel suffered Tons of leaks During Rain creating an unbelievable Funk Mildew/Mold probably should have an inspector come check it. There was a Power surge, and when we got back to our hotel after Being on foot for an entire day. we couldn’t get up to our room so we had to climb eight flights of stairs. I feel bad even more so for the ones who had to climb 15 flights upstairs old people sitting down in the lobby couldn’t go up to their rooms checking in couldn’t get up to their rooms. There has to be a continuous plan for this type of thing generators something this is ridiculous as far as the service not happy at all we spend our time with Embassy suites because of the breakfast and the hospitality and the way we’re treated and it was not this way with your guises establishment. The people working in the kitchen area or RUDE instead of letting people finish getting their food and finishing up doing whatever is needed to be enjoy breakfast, before closing time, the lady comes over and pushes two big doors in front of where the cooks are cooking peoples food still blocking people from seeing their food being cooked. people are still trying to get their eat and access condiments, and the workers are removing everything, so your standing like what’s the deal. Very uncomfortable being shoveled out! Livid

I found a roach and a tick and the room , cleaning people left the roach in the middle of the room as they never clean the floors. Loud AC unit , all street noise can be heard from room. Nice breakfast stuff . But they need to fulminate the entire building as I saw flies everywhere inside the building too! They promised me will refund two night so we’ll see if that happens .

The rooms are excellent. Great size. I always appreciate the suite with the extra room. There is one elevator that was out of commission the entire time I was there due to the floor being replaced. That made it less convenient getting up and down from the 12th floor

The room that we were in had roaches not bedbugs bug roaches in bathroom and sitting area, we were in room 226 , they probably need to to exterminate but room was very nice and upscale.

Very nice property, self parking is a little difficult, valet parking is very expensive but easier to do. Soap dispensers in the bathroom were not filled up, good thing I brought my own soap
