Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only issue I found was that there is no self-parking, only valet parking, and there is very limited space to pull the car in front of the entrance. The breakfast was good, but there was a really, really long line to get a hot omelet.

Was close to Mercedes. Was warned about leaving stuff in cars in the area as there were some break-ins. Hotel was nice, although needed some refreshening. Staff was great

My only complaint was that the mattress was not good so I woke up with back pain and also that the housekeeping kept knocking on the door in the morning of checkout, starting at 9am, even though checkout is at noon. There was no "do not disturb" sign in the room to put on the door. Can't housekeeping keep in contact with the front desk so they are notified when someone checks out?!

We waited past our checkin time with an infant and toddler for more than couple of hours, although room was booked in advance. Staff told us that we will receive a message when room will be ready, we never did and had to check at front desk again with different staff member, who apologized that our contact was never in text back list.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, i didn't want to get out of bed. The staff was so nice. The room was hot, evethough we turned the temp down it was still hot. We requested a fan and was accommodated with a big box fan. The complimentary drinks during happy hour by Ruth's Chris bartenders. Overall 9/10.

Right down the road from almost anything you can want to eat and several things you can enjoy activity wise with the family. There were a few things with the room that were off. The tub was dipping hard in the center gave the feeling that at any moment you were going to fall through the floor. The tub stopper was just laying in the drain so when we went to bath the kids it wasnt working at all. If you are going to room 222 just be prepared for the connection to the TV to not be working the best luckily we didnt watch much or it would have driven me crazy.
