Front desk was very rude- James Room was very dirty, shower was unclean and dirt all in the grout. Headboard in the room had white dried residue left from not being clean. James at the front desk told us we should’ve brought shower shoes. Smudged and stains all on the walls in the bedroom. Very dirty. Will never be staying with Embassy again or the location in Atlanta. Booked a room with a balcony (shown in pictures on the website) James at the front desk told us to not trust the pictures on the website and to read the description next time because the photos are deceiving. Nasty attitude and told us “we would be fine” when we said we were upset about the room situation. Recorded the conversation for proof of his unprofessionalism and rudeness

Everyone we dealt with was nice, the happy hour set up and breakfast was a nice surprise, my only complaint is no one cleaned the room (made bed, emptied trash, etc...) after the first night.

Disliked: Staff & service
Although most of the staff were friendly, the overall service at this hotel was lacking. During our 12-day stay, the room was rarely cleaned and we had to make 4 separate bookings due to their policy on long stays, resulting in substantial booking fees (over $600 for 4 bookings). Furthermore I had to pack my bags in the middle of my stay due to the long stay police, only to return to the same room without it being cleaned. Room service took a long time to arrive and they would sometimes forget silverware. The shade in our room wouldn't fully open despite multiple requests for maintenance. The breakfast area frequently ran out of silverware and at the bar they would run out of items on the menu. Additionally, when I tried to add my reservations to my account, I was told it couldn't be done after we had already arrived. I did noticed the service was poor due to understaffing, resulting in overwhelmed employees who struggled to meet the needs of guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating.

Can lights in bedroom not working Bedside light not workimg Bedroom door slid off due 2 no stopper Almost fell on my toe!!!! A/c unit makes this wooshing noise when not on Bathroom door very awckward to operate & heavy Young black gentlemen that checked me in was very helpful in making sure my tall van would fit in the garage, big time cuddos to his customer service. As for the condition of an ADA room complete FAIL!!!
