liked nothing. for parking, valet only... why? had to tip the valet every time i ask my car my room was on the first floor, noise level was unbearable seriously... did get much sleep at all (barely 3 hours). staffs were kind just enough... nothing out of ordinary kind... except for valet, Tim.

If the hotel brought itself up to the standards of it's AMAZING staff, I would've given 5 stars all around. I had to change my room several times, due to a strong mildew smell. The staff handled these changes with ease & professionalism. They apologized & accommodated me & my friend without hesitation. Staff= ☆☆☆☆☆ Hotel=☆☆

Never staying again in this hotel
No housekeeping for two days, no hot water, shower head and hose didn't work properly, ask to exchanged they didn't. Maintenance guy? Don't know if they had one working that weekend. The only positive was that the front desk staff was very nice and apologies for all the inconvenience also the valet guys there very friendly.

This hotel charges $40 a night to park in there own parking lot. Will not stay here again cause parking should not be more than the actual room charge.

This hotel is close to Aquarium and Coca Cola Museum, only a 15 minute walk from hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, be careful, otherwise a good hotel and clean with great service.
