They did not acknowledge me as a member I had to clean the room the furniture was old dirty warn out cracked and falling apart. Someone walked in on me with no clear understanding who else had my room key this is a safety issue. And most importantly if I was treated like a valued member I would NOT be leaving a bad review. Trash this brand has seen better days.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They have breakfast every morning. We had a great stay. Also, just a note to anyone staying with pets. This place is very dog friendly. Lots of people out walking dogs. The location felt safe too. Very nice.

The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the front desk was very nice and helpful. The area is good. The laundry facilities worked well but there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. I would have given it 5 stars but the elevator is terrible and there are so many simple maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I would probably stay again because it is priced accordingly.
