As a Hilton Honors member, I expect a certain level of quality and service when staying at Hilton properties, but my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center fell far short of those expectations.
The floors throughout the hotel were dirty, and the elevators were in poor condition and unclean, which made using them an uncomfortable experience. Housekeeping never visited my room during my stay, and despite requesting extra towels multiple times, they were never provided. To make matters worse, the phone in my room was non-functional and couldn’t connect to the front desk, leaving me unable to communicate my needs.
I reported my discomfort with these issues to the staff several times, and each time I was assured they would be addressed, but nothing was ever done. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I find this level of unresponsiveness and lack of care to be particularly disappointing.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Hampton Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to bring this property up to the standard that Hilton guests expect.
