This hotel was nice, I slept great and I’d stay here again. The breakfast didn’t taste the best, but there were lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I only interacted with staff during my check in and it was quick and the associate was pleasant.

This was our 2nd time at hotel & rude lady at breakfast on Fri morning. Starting cleaning up bfast at 8:55 . Then housekeeping bangs on door 11am, 11;15 am & 12pm & lady was sooo rude to me. We had late checkout & she starting yelling. Completely unacceptable Then manager at desk was rude also. & strting arguing with me abt late checkout & disnt care abt housekeeping waking me up 3x . Ridiculous. Never stay here again

Quiet and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Although conveniently located walking distance to shopping center the only negative experience was the steep incline encountered when walking back to hotel.

My daughter and I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. Room furnishings were as expected based on photos and listed amenities. I was expecting a simple and clean property based on the price and ratings. However, upon close inspection of the room, it appeared that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was some kind of powdery brown residue on the desk as well as some small brown smears on wall near bathroom door. The smears were easily wiped away with soap and water. If I could do it, why hadn't housekeeping? The beds appeared to be clean. However, there was a very strong scent of laundry detergent on the sheets. I am sensitive to strong fragrances, so this was not an ideal situation for me. The mattresses were sagging as well. Management was responsive when I called about hearing loud music from the room next door, and the music stopped shortly after I reported it. So all in all, I guess you get what you pay for. I would have given this place 3 stars if the room had actually been thoroughly cleaned. I might even have given it 4 stars if it was clean and if the mattresses were better.
