Excellent service and great amenities. A bit pricy once the vallet parking is added but having your vehicle pulled up to the front door makes you feel like a million bucks. The Hilton Atlanta shines because every single person working there is friendly and focused on the customer. A great Hoyle to splurge for a couple’s weekend.

The stay was great! 2 free bottled waters, clean linings, comfortable bedding, & clean showers that included an amazing scented body wash etc. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The view was semi city view but not terrible. The hotel overall the entire facility was clean!! Elevators were ALL working and easy to access the parking deck. Now the parking deck was super low and costed $40 a night. That’s the only take away from this stay for me. I’ve never experienced paying for parking as a paying guest. However no biggie just odd.

I still have random charges on my card that I am waiting to fall off. They addressed them (allegedly) without taking responsibility, blaming the third party vendor for the issue.
