Conveniently located
This hotel was fairly run-down for a 4 star hotel. But it was conveniently located to the MARTA and the conference I was attending. The Southern Elements restaurant inside the hotel was also quite good.

The bed was far too soft, it wasn't the slightest bit firm which made sleeping uncomfortable - though I suppose that would vary based on personal preference. The biggest issues were that the running options were ridiculously expensive, and it took over three and a half hours to get housekeeping to come clean up vomit in our room from my partner getting sick. No fridge to keep food. And the worst part was that everything had this hospital room feel. There was also an incident with members of a local religious youth group storming the building and preventing people from getting on or off elevators for over an hour.

Pretty average and nothing to complain about except the check-in staff seemed kind of annoyed to be talking to you. Breakfast was above average and with our booking it was included. Room was also average and served the purpose.
