Never again. Our SUV nearly scraped the top of the parking garage. Beds were fine, shower was great, but parking is awful—you can’t park near food in town, and even the paid garages filled with break-ins.
The worst part: they mishandled parking charges. They tried to bill Expedia without asking for another card. With “privacy on door ”, my 17-year-old son kept getting calls while I was at work. I called them within 2 minutes and told them I’d provide my card at 10:30 PM. They noted my account and said it was fine.
Two hours later, after three more calls, security showed up at our door—scaring my son—even though the privacy sign was still up. I explained again that I’d already called and a note was on file, but they insisted. Instead of waiting, I walked 5 blocks from work to hand them my card. Suddenly they were calm and had no explanation.
When I finally returned around midnight, my room key didn’t work. I had to go back downstairs from the 25th floor, only to be told it was a “dead battery.” Security left our door wide open at midnight, waking my baby. Trying to fix that issue..
Completely unprofessional and stressful. Never again.
They did call me after I sent a text ( they Text asking how stay is) with all this drama, but they didn’t take any accountability or even care that we had been harassed all day. Just said yall wanted us to call? I said no I was voicing my frustration from being harassed all day and didn’t need a call.. nothing free or points offered also
