The least impressive Hilton property I have stayed at. Paying to park in the parking lot is ridiculous it isn’t a parking garage ffs. Drastically Over priced for an outdated hotel with mediocre food. Won’t waste my money again.

The room smelled like cigarettes and when requested for a different room the night clerk was rude and said this is the only room available, take it or leave. It was late at night and I was forced to stay The morning staff were all very pleasant and helpful Stay away unless they make some changes

Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was closed when we stayed there and outside furniture was not useable due to being covered in pollen. Food was good and the room was very clean.

Staff was extremely rude. 3 people when our shuttle of 10 arrived, after shouting at everyone to have IDs ready, two of them retreated to the back room despite there being 3 checkin stations, leaving one person to handle the crowd. Shuttle bus from the airport, useless. Next time I will Uber for <$20 instead of waiting over an hour, and will go to the neighboring hotels. Also, I am.a Hilton Honors member and they refused to honor it, even when I paid with a Hilton Honors credit card.
