Room was clean but carpet a bit old. The surrounding was well taken care off. Parking was a little walk away and heading towards the car park is too dark at nights. More lighting is needed as it feels a bit unsafe due to insufficient lighting. WiFi worked well. However, not all the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was only one worker whom I encountered that I would call friendly and helpful.

The manager was there at our check-in. He was super nice and handled our check-in very professionally. He explained all amenities and how to access them. The breakfast was delicious.

Cleaning service people need to be respectful
The front desk person gave me the room near the elevator as I requested. He's awesome. The cleaning lady did not sound happy when I ask her for tissues since ours was empty, she just grabbed it from another room and it's not even full ones. On the check-out day, a cleaning lady knocked at our door at 9 AM to remind us that we have to check out that day. I believe they need to training cleaning service people to be respectful to guests.

The breakfast service was not good. I Paid for made to order food and the cook left not completing my order. I waited while another staff tried to make it but it was terrible. So by then my other food was cold. It was a waste.
