My husband and son was bit up by something. I don’t wanna say it was bed bugs because I’m not sure but I wasn’t upset at first because our room was switched but then as I was traveling home I noticed the bites on my 12 month old son which was upsetting

We were in town for a concert, and this hotel was in a great location. Was able to walk easily to Mercedes Benz stadium. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again

The staff goes above and beyond the standards of customer service! I would stay there for the staff alone. Breakfast was amazing 👏 I just wish they didn't have 1 ply sheets, which I found thinner than I've ever known sheets could be. The room was just perfect for us other than that!

The staff was very nice and welcoming! They were very helpful, greeted us each time we came across them, and asked us about the concert we had attended the night before. Overall, I enjoyed the facility but the staff really pushed it over the top!

Overall Decent Stay
Employees at this hotel are amazing. Upon arrival, one elevator was down & we entered the room and it was a bit of a disappointment. Beds seemed clean, but the room itself was not clean to my satisfaction. Markings on the walls & bed headboard and hair on bathroom floor. We arrived late at night, I thought about asking for a cleaner room, but we were so tired and went to bed. Every employee there was phenomenal. When we went to retrieve our car from valet, they were doing the best they could dealing with all of the vehicles that were broken into on the street and some in the parking garage which stinks & was not their fault.
