Fire everyone in valet
The hotel itself is nice but it has honestly the worst valet service. Incredibly slow and the employees has no sense of urgency at all. Drove around the hotel 3 times because there was no one in valet to help and when he did show up, he just walked around avoiding his job. I will not be coming to this hotel ever again.

I switched hotels last minute. I am so glad I did. The staff at Home2 Downtown Atlanta was kind, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. They were exactly what we needed after a long bus trip from VA. The hotel is clean, and stocked. Breakfast was delicious! We have now started a list of places to return to.

Water pressure was over bearingly high at the sink but pitiful in the shower. There were MAJOR deep scratches and scuffs in the floor of the room (big enough to cause me to trip more than once). Took FOREVER for water to get hot. Elevators were slow clunky very small and one was down the whole time I was there. (also inspection certification shown on the elevator shows it expired over a year ago) I Valet my car it took forever to get it when I needed it. Did not have a full size fridge in the room it was a tall mini fridge which are much louder than a full spec fridge and not near as much space the sink in the kitchen was not a kitchen sink more like a bathroom sink. I will not be staying there ever again

Oh my goodness!! I have NEVER been to a hotel with such courtesy staff and amazing service! Oh I wish I could remember everyone’s name who I met during my stay, but if the staff worked between 10/1 - 10/3, I adore you and you made my stay incredible!! I spoke mostly with Jorden, and he is such a sweet delight! Every morning, the staff made sure breakfast was immaculate and everyone always had a smile and their sincerity was ample! I will absolutely come back to this hotel whenever I am in Atlanta again! You all are so wonderful!!
