This was the best stay the hotel was VERY CLEAN my room was spotless the front desk was very nice and courteous and lets not forget the BAR it was very convenient with shuttle to and from airport !!!!!! I will be dropping in again!!!

I started calling the hotel at 9:20 about the shuttle from the airport, I called 3 times, the shuttle did not pickup until 10:15 PM. We had a 6 AM flight the next day. The room next to ours room 428 were screaming at 3 AM. We had no sleep with the late pickup and then the neighbors.

Everything about my experience at this hotel was wonderful except that I waited an hour for the airport shuttle to take me to the hotel and it didn't come. So I phoned a friend. Everything else was perfect, including the free airport shuttle in the morning, right on time. Maybe I was too patient in the afternoon and should have called sooner. Anyway, great stay except that.

I checked in late. The bed was made but it looked like someone had laid on the comforter. I was so tired I just went to sleep. In the morning I went into the bathroom and there were used towels and soap. Yuck. But the front desk people had been very nice and efficient the night before.
