Holiday in Buckhead
The hotel was directly in front of the subway and the noise and vibration was terrible. The valet parking was in the self park so the pricing did not make sense. We did have valet charge removed. No microwave in the room. Breakfast was expensive in the hotel. The area was walkable and the best way to exercise and see natural beauty!

The rooms were great and the staff at the front and valet were awesome. We had an issue with the employee in the bar upstairs but the lady at the front desk made up for it and she was awesome. The views were amazing of Atlanta in the distance and we still had a good stay.

The roof top view was amazing, but they open up the blinds and it was cold outside and they did not consider the fact that my wife and I was sitting next to the opening freezing. We decided to move to another table. The parking wasn't convenient, and they charged 38 dollars to park per day. The entrance to the hotel was way too small to accommodate the number of vehicles that were parking and being driven in and out.

Every time I’m looking for a staycation to rest and reset, the Hyatt Centric has never disappointed. The cleanliness, staff, food, and The Spaceman and Three Arches are all a 10/10 experience.

Almost perfect!
From the minute we arrived with the friendly and professional Valet people and Check in hosts we were impressed. The bed, pillows and especially the bedding were of superior quality. The only little thing that was a little disappointing was the shampoo container in the shower was empty. I was really looking forward to shampooing my hair with the luxurious products I know are always there. Again, we cannot say enough about the wonderful employees, the Bartenders were extremely attentive, professional and friendly! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
