The pictures make this property look phenomenal, but its really not. My king size bedroom had torn carpet whete i continuously stepped on a tack strip. We left a day early, didnt even stay 18 hours out of our 2 day stay. Paid for the parking garage, which is crazy its $25 a night so paid for 2 nights. The man when i checked out didnt ask why we were leaving early, didnt offer any extra accommodations,didnt offer any money back. We gave the keys to them (1 of which didnt even work) and his response was "ok, bye"... not a thank you come again, or we hope you enjoyed your stay. I would not recommend this property. Theres also no vending or ice on the 3rd floor, its only on main floor and is locked behind the counter. The elevators have NOT been inspected since 2022 and feel like they are going to break during transport. I was very highly disappointed in the stay in general.

It was a good value for the money being down town. Very little parking in basement. My Kia Soul was tight fit. Beds we comfortable nice pillows. No microwave. Overall it was fine.

A nightmare service, not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms—cockroaches in the rooms, in the bathrooms, dirt and wear on the carpets... they never cleaned my room in the four nights I stayed there. In short, I wouldn't return to this hotel again.

An older property, the shower curtain was not long enough and any shower flooded the bathroom. Convenient location to some attractions but was also asked for money from several unhoused people on the same block. I feel like the staff were doing their very best for this place.

Mixed review.
Arrived very late 2am and people were outside talking very loudly for hours, till at least 4:30am. No where to park. Room was dirty. Staff was very nice! Breakfast was good!

Run like a prison not a hotel. Manger need to go!
Manager (Curtis) rude, observed yelling at guests and staff upon arrival. Made me feel uncomfortable. Refused to check in. Want my money back!
