The fixtures were loose and falling apart. A water pipe busted, and we didn’t have water for a short period of time. It was super average.

The hotel was good. Great location for what I wanted and good value for the money. I was disappointed when I needed to leave after two nights instead of three; I was told that because I had made the reservation through hotels.com I would still be charged for the unused night. When I tried to figure out how to adjust on the hotels.com website I found I could not. So because my plans changed I wasted one nights stay that I didn’t use. I would recommend booking directly with a property and not using a third party.

Very disappointing. The booking pictures are misleading as to the niceness of the hotel. Very worn down and in need of major renovation. Extremely dingy and dark with the feel of a seedy motel. The a/c didn't work well, you were either hot or freezing and the room had an odor that you couldn't quite put your finger on. The staff was friendly but ultimately unhelpful. We checked in late and had no choice but to stay the first night. We attempted to get a refund on the remaining 2 nights of our stay but were told by hotels.com that it was up to the hotel. The hotel said it was up to hotels.com so we just got the run around.

Older motel near downtown ATL.
Old Motel, not a hotel as all rooms open to the street. Small rooms with tiny bathroom and shower. Service was good and made changes when we moved rooms as first room door was hard to open a close and fridge didn’t work. Second was better. Secure parking on site was good but $25/night. Breakfast offered a variety of items over the weekend. Older building but convenient location.

This hotel was marked as "recommended" . At the entrance there was a homeless man and guys doing drugs. Needless to say this place is not safe. I hope I get a complete refund if they charge me for not using this reservation. Don't let the pictures fool you.
