The lady at the desk was rude. Whenever I asked a question, she responded no before I could get the question out. The gentleman who helped me after her and the female in the morning were professional and friendly. We were given two sets of towels for three people. When we asked for more towels at check-in, they told us they didn't have any more. We wondered at midnight, and they said they still had none. We asked in the morning, and the cleaning crew said, " No towels! I called the front desk, upset. She was understanding and found me two face towels. There was no explanation until we were checking out that she believed the dryer was broken. The shower had mold and gunk in the tracks of the doors.

They allowed me to pay for the room then when I got there to check in they wouldn’t allow me to check because I didn’t meet the age requirement of 21 and they wouldn’t allow me to find someone who was 21 to check in since there name wasn’t on the card and they wouldn’t give me a refund so they stole money from me

Cleanliness issues

There were two cleanliness issues I noticed that I found concerning: 1. There was a used towel hanging on a peg behind the bathroom door, and 2) ehen we pulled back the covers to get in bed, the sheets were rumpled as if slept in. They did not look dirty, but they were definitely not changed bafore arrived.
