Decent hotel, tv was broken and the fridge didnt work. Thankfully we had coolers to keep food and meds cold. The beds and pillows made our neck and back hurt/stiff and the breakfast is decent, longer times on the weekends than the weekdays.

Appreciated the urgency of our checkin when we arrived after 11pm. The room was nice and clean when we walked in. Did not hear any noises and no one bothered us to rush out our room. We were greeted by all the staff we met from our room down to the front door. Our biggest surprise was that the showers were equipped with Dove products. That was a relief not to have to find in our luggage after a long flight!

Room was dirty dog hair stuck on things. Bathroom tub clogged . If the house keeper cleaned the bathroom she would have have known. The list goes on. I came from Florida during the hurricane and this too was as unpleasant of an experience you can get. I won’t recommend your hotel

My room had a very musky smell when entering. No late check out allowed and firmly known. I worked until 430am and didn't get consideration to sleep enough before my travel with a late checkout. Other then that staff was amazing though

Beautiful quiet hideaway
Room was beautiful, and clean gorgeous shower, lots of hot water.large tv. Bed needs a new mattress, the foot side is higher than the head, and slightly lumpy. It was actually ok when you fell asleep. breakfast was a let down, not much a selection, may have been to early 6:30am Nit picking: two remotes is annoying. Back of shower oozes out water beside the toilet Towels aren't soft And refrigerator freezes everything in it if you turn it to cold

Met needs for the comfort of a one-night stay, better than motel but not luxurious. 15-20 minute delay at check-in for room availability at check-in time, but hospitable staff in the midst of a hostile guest arguing about his pet fee charges for multiple nights, multiple dogs. No hand soap, lotion toiletries. Sheets and towels could use another bleaching (dirty spots). Bathroom door and bath faucet could use repair. Easy check-out. Appreciated good a/c, stairway exits, in-room fridge, ice machines, breakfast, parking included and late night parking guard!
