Rooms are neglected, (it's not housekeepings fault, because they're not given anything proper to clean with), but the floors were filthy...I don't mean not spotless, I mean totally disgustingly, layered in dirt, filthy. The front desk attitude is terrible, even Lawrence, who is usually the only person working there who makes half an effort, seemed completely checked out this time. The chair and table have been removed from the lobby...I assume to discourage loitering, but it also now makes it impossible for a guest dragging in many heavy bags, to have somewhere to put their things, (although I guess that fits, with the complete lack of greeting). Also, please make an effort to bring back coffee in the morning...the hotel desperately needs at least one amenity, besides the hotel shuttle...

What stood out is thd fact that they had zero surprise fees. Unlike la quinta. All the drawers work unlikd at la quinta. A 68 dollar room after taxes and fees was only 85 for a night. As opposed to la quinta's 51 dollars turning into 97 after taxes and fees plus a surprise 100 dollar incidental tha t would havr kept me from booking there. Yes motel six was a much better stay and im probably adding my new years eve to my stay as well.

The room was not clean. There was dog steps in bed, pet hair and white cement on floor, and floor was extremely sticky. Its advertised as 100% nonsmoking but whole building smells like smoking. The patio door slider was constantly making unbearable noise due to wind. I left within one hour of checkin as i couldnt stay in that smell and mess.
