The staff was friendly and helpful. We had specifically requested 2 beds but were initially told there wasn't one available. The staff person was able to get us one. The wait for the shuttle was minimal. The motel was generally not clean and smelled unpleasant when we arrived. There were broken tiles, and one of the elevators quit working.

When we arrived there were people everywhere smoking the hotel smells of weed smoke . And cigarettes. What we did not know was that this hotel is used to house the homeless so we were mixed in with those who had living vouchers. To say the least plumbing did not work and so didn’t the air

This property sent me a confirmation they had a 1st floor room confirmed available for my medically fragile special needs son then when I called before to say I would be there later to make sure on check in, said they did not. My son is very fragil, in a wheelchair, ventilator and i cannot leave him alone long to get equipment in and out. They falsely led me to believe I would easily be able to get in and out with him then they put us on the 6th floor and put his life in danger. If it wasn't for the amazing gentleman working overnights who helped us get upstairs or a guest named Sunny helping us out, my son would have been in great trouble. I was planning to book this hotel again next month but since they did this and lied telling me we had a first floor and didn't, I can't trust them. I have the email as proof of their response on the 1st floor confirmation. Housekeeping was kind. Night clerk was wonderful. Its a shame that the management and rest of hotel did not care about guests like that. Do not stay here if you have disabilities and require a first floor. They will lie. They have elevators but my son's chair is long and it was very difficult fitting his chair in them.

Need a respirator

If you want to soak in the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke both fresh and stale then this is the place for you. Beyond that smell the overall cleanliness was awful! The mirrors by the elevators main floor and the floor I was on covered in handprints and smudges. If they can’t clean a mirror in open space wait till you get to the room. The towels looked like something I have as shop rags in the garage. Yellowed and just nasty. The hairs on them weee an added bonus. The hairs on the bed were also a nice added and unwanted bonus too. Empty cigarette pack in the floor by the elevator. Just all around dirty and cleaned by people who do care and when it says NO Smoking they don’t enforce it. As I walked out on the last day the door to the laundry room was open and there was a worker smoking away letting the smoke blow inside the building to give that added smell for your stay.

Arrived the hotel exhausted and wanted to get a rest asap but no room was reserved for us. Eventually gave us an alternative room. The hotel interior was a bit dated and there was trash along the lightly lit corridor.

The young man that checked us in was very great. His professionalism and personality was way bigger than this property…... The sealing was leaking so there was a puddle of water on the floor. The room was not as clean as I had hoped so that made things uncomfortable, and outside was very sketchy looking and feeling.

I do not recommend this hotel!

Three out or my four encounters with staff were rough! Staff members were very rude except for one gentleman at 5:00 AM. Room smelt of smoke, blankets had visible burn marks on them from smoking, and there were bugs crawling around the walls from behind the refrigerator.

Gross Motel

This was the most disgusting motel 6 I’ve ever been to. There are people lurking all around the outside and in the lobby. The pool was closed because the emergency phone was broken. Go figure. The hallways and elevator were dirty and smelled. The room was absolutely disgusting. Blood on the bathroom floor. Burn marks on the toilet. Marijuana residue on top of the microwave. The sheets were stained and pubic hair. I didn’t even stay an hour I got a refund and got out of there expeditiously
