The positive was the gentleman they worked. The front desk I believe his name was Andy, he was Very hard working and would go above and beyond to try to assist people. I want to be fair because I know this is a two star property But it is in need of rebotteling, and as it relates to the room I. Steve Inn, the shower head needs to be replaced. It is rusted the toilet seat did not fit the elongated toilet, There were plastic cups on both sprinkler heads in the room, The peep hole was clogged with paper, The desk was propped up by a piece of furniture that had a safe in it, but it was angled and pretty heavy so I just left it, There was a lot of Noise in the hallways, but that is not something that the the property can monitor especially when you only have one person working at the desk, And finally, the TV did not work so Andy had to come up and he played with it, and he got it to work after about 20 minutes. But then the speaker stop working, so I just cut it off. The next morning when I try to cut it back on the remote control would only turn it on or off, and I couldn't watch any of the channels. Again, I understand this is a 2 star. So if a person is in a tight spot, they may want to stay here, but I could not recommend it. But I must say the staff was nice.I mean, andy really did his best, and the lady that was there the next morning.She was friendly. I did cut my stay short but If I was staying I probably would have went to a more expensive hotel. I do have photos.

Everything is fine, the only problem is that I waited for more than 1 hour for the shuttle to pick me up to the airport and it never arrived, I had to take Uber even though I called the hotel several times
