The least convenient was no on-site parking besides valet, which was ~$50/day. Probably a fair price, but not worth it to me. The building is a historic one, so I know some such expectations must be managed. Additionally, it was clear someone had smoked in my room previously, and there was an inadequate job done of removing the odor. While not a deal breaker, it is off-putting, and if I was spending any more time in my room than to sleep, it would have been more of a problem.

Accommodating and clean
The front office staff was very accommodating. They held out luggage safely while we ate brunch and toured. Then notified us when room was ready- early! We mentioned we were in town for a concert to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and they wrote her a nice note and gave her some snacks! So nice!

The room was disgusting and smells like mold and the carpet was dirty, and the credenza was filthy and we never got any room service from house keeping and I mentioned it to the manager on duty and he told us that he was going to take care of it, but it never happened. I will never stay at that property again.

Staff were very helpful and cheerful. I think my room was the quietest I’ve ever had. One minute walk from streetcars and subway (MARTA). Subway is the quickest way to and from the airport and only $3.50. Ride share is $40ish.

Bath assist handle was installed behind the towel on the wall. It was completely for some needing help getting in and out of the tub. Street noise was horrible. Loud car stereos and racing motors. This was completely ridiculous with the downtown noise. Parking was $50 for less than 24 hours. Not valet just using parking garage one block from hotel. Beautiful hotel as was the Hilton across the street. The restraunt at Hilton, “By George” was awesome. Top dollar restaurant with good bar, chef menu was outstanding, and great service. Pictures below are Hilton,” by George” restaurant
By George menu Chef section scallops were outstanding and filet was perfect tender and truffle fries!!

Great service but needs update
The overall service of this hotel was great. Everybody was nice and got me everything that I needed. Refrigerator my room was not working and within 20 minutes I had a new fridge. The biggest problem with this hotel is it needs a serious update the carpet was very run down the microwave and fridge were pretty old and like i said my original fridge didnt work. The worst was the shower though. The shower head was on a slider that didn't stay up and was always too low for me to wash my hair without bending at a 90 at my waist

Very close to MARTA and GSU. Area around hotel very unwelcoming, hotel is fine at best. Room was large. Towels changed every two days. The issues around the hotel are beyond their control.
