Lovely!
Love everything about this hotel, from the friendliness of the staff, which William was a pleasure at the reception, to the accommodations, I have no complaints. Breakfast had a good variety, made your own waffles, oatmeal with many toppings available, scramble eggs, cereal, breads, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, juices, tea and coffe, etc. some options changed daily. The staff at the breakfast room were also very polite and helpful. Close to the world of Coca Cola, Aquarium, Sky view and other locations to visit. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my first time at Atlanta so lovely!

Started out just fine. It was clean and was in good condition. However, my last 24 hrs. there was NO water. No flushing toilet, no showers, nothing. It was off from when I awoke at 0700 all day including when I decided to leave and go to another hotel at 2200. Staff was being dodgy with refunds, etc. It was about 1/2 mile from Olympic park and Pemberton place where Coca Cola world, the aquarium and the Center for civil rights is. That was good. Felt slightly unsafe at times, some vagrants hanging around asking for money, etc. I

It was perfect for what I needed. It allowed me to walk to the event I was visiting for easily, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I've never used valet before, but that was really nice too!

Centrally located in downtown Atlanta and more affordable than the big hotels nearby. Breakfast was free and very nice and complete. My room had a slow-flowing bathroom sink and fairly noisy AC, and it had no seating (other than the bed) or desk. Everything else was fine.

I was so happy I choose this establishment.The reason, it is a walking area to shopping site, dinning, train station, museum, parks. I would DEFINITELY return. And, I HIGHLY recommend.Breakfast in the morning is great with a lovely view.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I called to check about valet parking and was directed accordingly by Michael, who also helped with a minor room problem (nonworking bathroom light) by offering us a different room. Valet staff was quick to help and also very personable. Several breakfast options were available. The building itself was fine. It is in a downtown area convenient to many of the places we wanted to go. But, yes, there are some of Atlanta's unhoused in the vicinity. They are not there because of something the property did or did not do. But maybe it gets you thinking about the scarcity of such things as mental health services, substance abuse treatment, and affordable housing, and makes you want to speak up and advocate.

The staff was excellent. Courteous and engaging. Room did not have enough lighting. The continental breakfast was weak. My wife and I was there for 3 days and only ate the breakfast the first day. The $50 a night parking and high prices of the snacks was shocking for what was overall provided. I was told we received a free upgrade to a suite. It had a full-size bed posing as a queen. Feel like I did not get what I paid for. Not a terribly bad experience but would not choose this hotel for future stays.
