Hotel was great an old historic building renovated. The area was convenient but Valet parking will not accept pickups so that was a hassle and cost a lot of time and money finding parking accomodations.

Pros and Cons
Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious and good variety, location was perfect for seeing a concert at State Farm Arena. Cons: Room was not ready at check-in (4:00 pm) despite even being at hotel early to inquire about early check in. I completely understand if you cannot accommodate an early check-in, but it is not acceptable to not be able to check in on time when we paid for a service. It made us almost late for our concert. Room location was incredibly loud. We were on the 13th floor. I’m not sure what was above or below us, maybe a boiler room? But it was so loud all night. I had to use AirPods with white noise. The bathroom was in need of a refurbish… peeling walls and crumbling ceiling. Overall, it was a clean stay but poor sleep and stressful wait for a room.

Centrally located and well run.
Lovely Lilliana at the front desk is the most memorable of the whole team of helpful staff members who made this stay such a pleasant experience. From her help getting early checkins for some members of my party to the great kitchens in the room to the convenient central location, I highly recommend this hotel in downtown Atlanta.
