The only thing that needs improving is accessibility to the property. Because of the large volume of traffic flowing onto the property and the location, parking even with valet can be horrendous experience.

Beautiful location. Right next to Mercedes Benz Stadium. Very convenient with excellent service .

There was NO information about their properties or changes or directions. A restaurant was supposed to be opened at 7AM. No signage that it was closed and where to go for a restaurant that would be open. They upgraded our party but we ended up paying additional for the upgrades. We stayed because of its location to Mercedes studium.which was very close and within walking distance. Also parking wasn't included in our stay which was another surprise.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities. I had access to the hilton honors lounge which was great. Everyone there was so nice and personable. The bartender Ashlynn held it down by herself with grace on a busy Saturday night. Another server, Lesley, was always willing to lend a helping hand and have great conversation with us. The only con to the stay is that there is not much within walking distance. Fortunately, there is a market, a bar, a sports bar, and an Italian restaurant in the hotel so we didn’t need to go anywhere else.

I was all excited about staying at this property. I even booked a future one for October 2025 but after this stay, I cancelled the future reservation. 1. This is not a family friendly property. Using the excuse that they are luxury and don’t want to add microwaves on the premises is crazy. I have kids and need to have one. 2. The lights in one of elevator was out. I felt like it was final destination or something. So no I will probably not stay here again unless it’s for business only. I will book at another property for my wedding night instead.

This property is one of my favorite stays. It’s beautiful. The view is amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurants were great. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Valet parking was easy. I will be staying here again.
