Really loved the room, it was very well appointed and looked very nice. The only issues were that it was a little bit noisy with people in the hallway, but I know a lot of bands were staying there for the festival I was also attending. However, on my last night there while I was packing I noticed a large roach crawling over the sofa.

Run down hotel
Old and rundown hotel. Beds are comfortable but blankets are not nice. The rooms feel old and kind of dirty. Very loud freeway noise. Front desk average friendliness. Gym is very old and run down. Pool area is nice.

First I arrived and was given a room that someone else was occupying. I walked in on them sleep. Terrible. Then the person at the desk didn’t apologies. When I got my room the toilet wouldn’t flush. Took someone 2 hours to come up. There was hair on my towels and bed. Just insane

I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here. I only needed a room for one night and did not know it would be so bad! The room stinks, the floors are stained, the bathroom is not up to par and the towels are dingy. There were ants in the room. My daughter found one on her bed in the morning. Also the breakfast was expensive and NASTY it should just be included because we wasted more money and ended up throwing it out. Once again would NOT recommend just pay extra for somewhere decent if you care about yourself!!

Midtown wonder
Hotel was dirty and room was musty. Towels were old , sheets thin and worn and no soap in bathrooms or at sinks. Parking was problematic and overall breakfast was poor at best. No hot food only Starbucks and prepackaged pastries. Staff was pleasant enough but not great. Will not return.

Overall our stay was comfortable. However the hotel is due for some upgrades. Our bathroom had a mildew smell, looked clean just had a mildew smell. Hallways also smelled of smoke.
