Our 25th anniversary trip to Atlanta was almost ruined by a cancelled concert, but our stay at The American made up for it. It’s a beautiful hotel and the service we received from Nicole was amazing! She made us feel welcome from start to finish!! Customer service at its best was what we received from her!

My stay was nothing short of perfect. The cleaning staff was amazing. The front desk staff were happy to answer any questions and very friendly. The property is within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola World, and the Sky View Ferris Wheel.

the staff were amazing, although my room was not ready for checkin the staff were plesant and helpful. the floor and wall in the bathroom where cracked and uneven leading me to believe there are so e structural issues on the property that should be addressed. And I was put in a handicapped room because of room shortages.

We had a really great stay at this hotel! Staff were helpful and friendly and could answer any questions we had about the area, it was easy to walk to Starbucks and have coffee in the park in the morning. The pool was super cute and one of the highlights for us!
