The staff was excellent! So, because of the snow storm, i needed to extend my stay. I couldn't keep room 409 because I rented through 3rd party and the room was promised to someone else (understandable). We were moved to room 408 and after a couple hours, we noticed ants in the room (we have video). They were crawling from the wall socket onto the baseboard and on the wall. The ants were on our clothing and food that was hanging on the wall. We informed the from desk and we were moved to room 208. We were allowed to get a few item from the matket. So far, all in well.

There was no toilet paper in the common bathroom. When it was brought to the attention of the desk clerk, she just said "she hasn't gotten to it yet" and went about her business. Definitely won't be back to Tru by Hilton.

Rooms floors were dirty, pillows were stained. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Has a nice lounge area and fire pit outside. For some reason, parking is not free for guests, it’s $10 per night.
