The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating upon arrival and departure. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice big bathroom with walk-in shower. The a/c was very noisy, but it worked. The breakfast was wonderful! Real scrambled eggs and bacon, better than any of the other hotels we’ve stayed in lately, as well as a friendly, helpful hostess. We would definitely stay there again.

When I first got off the elevator on 4th floor there was a terrible odor that something had gone wrong. I went down and told front desk who informed maintenance, and within a couple hours they had located and resolved whatever hidden problem they had. Staff very friendly and responsive, room very clean, beds super comfortable. Maintenance staff very responsive.

The room was clean and quiet. There was a small patch of mold on the ceiling above the toilet, where it looked like there might have been a leak at some point previously. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Property is clearly starting to go down hill...
Shower had large cracks that have been "masked" over with some type of low budget sealant. Clear signs of mold is growing in the cracks of the shower door. Needs a really good scrub down with some bleach water. Tiny baby roaches coming from shower drain. This USED to be our go to property because of the location and the price but I wont go back. Nothing is worth the chance of taking bugs back home with me. Someone needs to walk the property and update where needed. Its a shame to allow this location to suffer for such minor issues. I had no issue with the actual sleeping area. Bed was nice, sheets were clean and the room smelled clean. I just pay close attention to detail and the staff should too. See something, say something.

The guest across the hallway let her preteens yell, talk, bang on doors and run through the hallway from 10pm to after 4 am. Guest services did not try to stop the noise until 2 complaints. My husband told them to go to their rooms. Security came 2x with no effect. Security never asked to speak to the adult in charge or discuss consequences. At 6 am the door knocking, yelling and talking started again. We’ve been guests 4 x’s a year for 5 years. Never again.

I received an exceptionally warm welcome from the ladies at the front desk and from the cook in the restaurant, where I had the best Cobb salad I’ve enjoyed anywhere in the world in the past 20 years!
