The location was perfect. It was close to the pier, shopping and restaurants. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that one of the windows didn’t have a blackout curtain.

We were greeted by Lester and Ola. Both were very professional and courteous. Our room was very nice and clean, equipped with a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer (that was a very pleasant surprise). This hotel is located close to everything. Lots of eateries are within walking distance, and it's very close to the cruise port. If you don't have too many bags, you could easily walk to the cruise terminal. Highly recommended.

Very conveniently located with walking distance to the ferry terminal. A lot of restaurants around. Apartments are nice with kitchen and frig. Very comfortable. The only thing is that the shower door was not sealed right and it leaked quite a bit.

Really not what we expected for a luxury hotel... even the room service that was supposed to be done after 3 days wasn't done and we had to ask for it...

Location to the spark arena, didn't need a taxi just across the road from the venue. The only issues where we stayed 2 nights and the room didn't get serviced, this seemed to have started to happen after COVID...wrong move. And the bathroom sink area had 0 toiletries storage, install something under the sink, we had to leave our toiletries out side the door.

First time at the Adina. Upgraded to better room. Staff were all excellent and welcoming. Seems Expedia hadn't notified the property of the included Bottle of wine, but after discussion, they gave us one and we're taking the issue up directly. That's great customer service
