Was a great location. Easy walk to Queens wharf and 10 minutes to eateries and shopping. Waited 40 minutes after calling twice for extra towels and floor mat as water runs out of shower. Shower pressure slow although do understand eco friendly.

Woman at counter was not very welcoming or friendly. We knew we were early, she said if we wanted to get in early we’d have to pay extra,we declined. She was quite rude. We wandered around town for a few hours, when we went back to hotel after 1pm there was a lovely gentleman, the front office manager, who advised our room was ready and that we could check in. I asked if we’d have to pay the early check in fee as check in is 3pm, he said No. He even gave us an upgrade. He was friendly, very welcoming and made us feel comfortable.
