My stay was amazing. Got proper rest after a long day. The lady at the reception (forgot her name ) was so sweet and amazing . All I remember, she was from Fiji if I am not mistaken. She ordered food for me from Uber eats by using her personal account and paid for it. She was so generous, didn’t even want to accept money from me for the food. She even asked me if the food was okay. To be honest nowadays you don’t get this type of treatment in most of the places. I hope this review reaches to the hotel managers and appreciate her efforts and hardwork.

Handy location, clean room. No room to swing a cat, which was expected. Went for breakfast included but was disappointed that there was no bacon! Replaced by small, tasteless, rubbery, non pork sausages. I assuming to cater for muslims. This is Nz. Surely they can provide both. I booked through expedia and paid for 5 people incl. breakfast but the next morning they insisted it only included breakfast for 4. Different staff, different rules. Not impressed.

staff great, booking easy, apartment pretty clean.. however, lost a point as I nearly dented my head on the bunk bed situated over the double bed in the middle of the night. They definitely need to put some padding or a glow in the dark sign on it for tired travellers. Got a bump and a little whiplash from that one... seriously caned
