staff great, booking easy, apartment pretty clean.. however, lost a point as I nearly dented my head on the bunk bed situated over the double bed in the middle of the night. They definitely need to put some padding or a glow in the dark sign on it for tired travellers. Got a bump and a little whiplash from that one... seriously caned

Everything is as expected of a good hotel. Of course, a bit expensive but given the proximity to the airport, it is the same everywhere. As for the breakfast, if there was one, i didn’t know about it. I saw free beverages but nothing else.

Although this is budget accommodation and the rooms are cozy, the common area downstairs elevates the property with free hot beverages, crockery and use of a microwave. The hotel is clean and quiet and although the rooms are small it has everything you need for a short stay to or from the airport.

Turned up at 2am after wandering around Auckland Airport given when we booked it said they were at the airport, not a kilometre away! Got our room key only to find we were given a twin room not the double booked. Guy at the desk was not happy to have to find another room. In this case you do get what you pay for.
