It's a bit far walk from Britomart station with a suitcase since the terrain is not level. Will hear noisy neighbours & traffic as the walls & windows aren't soundproof. Wi-Fi speed okay. Not many TV channels. Daily housekeeping seems to be just making bed & emptying trash, not vacuuming. Dishes & cutlery are provided although a little hidden. Would get extra points to have a microwave in suite.

The room was lovely, the staff were lovely, and I would stay again as had no issues. I had been expecting a coffee machine in the room, as photos show this. Probably seems like a small issue, but I would have booked a hotel with a cafe had I known this.

The room was exceptional, very modern and bless you it had not just one chair , but three very comfortable chairs. We have taken lots of photos and have already recommended it to two of our friends and will continue to do so .
