This property is clean, new, modern and well kept, felt fresh and crisp with amazing room service and efficient staff who did things with pride. close to anything you need and very safe location.

The hotel was very clean and good value for money. Within a short distance to Auckland airport. The rooms were spacious and the bed lovely to sleep n. Tea, coffe facilities provided in the room along with fridge and microwave . Easy access to railway station to visit Auckland.

Very clean room and central location to a lot of shops and the night market on a Friday. Check in and out process was very easy. I would stay here again. Only downside was i could hear the people in the room next door who were just talking at a normal volume.

We arrived at the hotel around 1am and despite some hiccups (our mistake!) in getting into our room, our room was fine for what we needed. A shower and some rest after flying direct from Dublin! The location was easy to find and near the southern car park too. Thanks to the night porter for helping us out and sorry to the guests of room 17 for trying to get into the wrong room!!
