A comfortable 5-min walk from the International Terminal and within the airport property of Domestic and International Terminals, Rental Cars, parking lots along with the Novotel.
We loved the hotel. We had just landed from South Island and only needed one night to rest our heads before winging it back to LA. Thankfully I had made a reservation for the hotel restaurant as they ONLY accepted reservations and no walkins. Our server was absolutely lovely but the kitchen really lacked in time management. We had an 8:00 pm reservation and by 9:00 we hadn't gotten our entrees. Our server was so kind and sweet and I felt really bad for her as it wasn't her fault. Once we all got our food it was very good, but it took FOREVER. We ordered dessert and thought perhaps that wouldn't be so bad...wrong. Another 30 minutes at least before she had to go back and ask the dessert chef for it. Wine was delicious!
Very steep property. Have to haul own luggage up steep stairs into rooms. Pitch black at night to walk, so must have flashlight of some sort (not provided)
Just outside of the airport building, excellent location! Excellent design and flash looking for modern living , love the bathroom design and the bathroom ware, showing the elegant atmoaphere! 10/10!

The breakfast is worth it - also beautiful and delicious and huge variety.
Dining option is not good. Not sure why didn’t get table water when requested twice and kids meal came after our meals and we had to wait until kids meal came.
This breath taking hotel was a definite surprise, stylish and clean and welcomed myself and my family with the great sense of safey and a home away from home feel. Their staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Will recommend to anyone interested 👌 ❤️❤️❤️
