Extremely well-maintained hotel with a large backyard incorporating swimming pool. sports centre, tennis court, and a jogging and walking track. We stayed at room 119, which included an open verandah. Reception and housekeeping staff polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good, menu changes daily with chef standing by taking requests for making omelettes, dosas (rice crepes), uttapams, etc. Special mention to Babasaheb in the restaurant, who took special care for my mum and uncle's dietary needs. The buffet dinner is also very good, but could do with at least two non-veg items instead of just one chicken preparation which was quite spicy and hot to my taste. So one preparation could be less spicy and the other one spicier, keeping everyone happy. You also get a 20% discount on lunch and dinner while staying in the hotel.
The reception staff allowed us to check out late at 2pm on request without incurring any extra charges. We also got dropped off for free at the local airport.
The room furniture has an eighties feel, could do with a slight facelift, especially in the bathroom, but probably still will get away without doing anything over the next 4-5 yrs. Wifi reception pretty good, even in the swimming pool outside.
Overall, a very good experience, and recommended to all who can afford it.
