The bed sheets were visibly creased, and the rooms felt quite dated. The room also lacked a fresh scent, which made the overall environment less comfortable. During check-in, the manager was on the phone most of the time and did not make eye contact or engage with us until it was time to request a card for the deposit. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience.

I most disappointed by Expedia’s misrepresentation of this hotel and their lack of ownership in their mistake - Expedia refused to do anything about it. Abandoned the reservation and had to find another hotel. Book directly with the hotels is my recommendation

Hotel has been redone to display unique Austin vibe. We stayed in double room that was courtyard with nice window to look out at pool. Value and location was great 👍 Staff was handsdown amazing!!

Courteous staff, cool spaces, clean rooms! Pool looked great but it's winter. Breakfast was fine. Fridge and microwave in the room was a big plus, as was bathtub. Bathroom was compact but very clean. Im a snob about stuffiness bc I have allergies. room was fresh, bed & pillows were very good. I picked into the fitness center, it was a couple basic machines and equipment like you would expect, but at least something if you wanted to burn off some energy. I was most impressed that there were good quality Coin Laundry available! I love that option when traveling Plenty parking & a few convenient ways to come into the complex directly from the lot It was within a few minutes of several different types of restaurants, easy to get around & maybe 10 minutes easy drive to UT.
