We were very happy with our 3 night stay: the staff was friendly and helpful, the free breakfast offered many more options than most hotels, the room was very clean and comfortable, and best of all, all of Austin’s attractions are only minutes away!

It smelled funky as soon as we got into our room. The toilet was finicky, had to flush it at least 6 times for it to completely flush, EVERYTIME! We found TWO living roaches in our room.

Clean, safe, and cute spot with a big breakfast buffet and cool retro vibe. The Aiden was perfect for our girls trip. Our only regret was not building in time during our trip to spend in the pool, since it closes at 10 pm. Parking is easy but the restaurant attached to the Aiden fills up and might have a waitlist, so don’t forget to make your lunch and dinner reservations so you don’t miss out like I did.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aiden Hotel! This quickly became our instant favorite. We slept comfortably, water pressure was great. The breakfast options were okay. The room was clean, and had a bunch of charge ports on the side of the bed and by the desk area. The pool was a highlight for the kids! Everywhere we needed to go was a short distance away. We ate at the magnolia cafe, Asian fusion & Phobe’s diner. Amazing choices! The only thing I forgot to report to the front desk was that the tub was slow to drain. We stayed in 207 which I’m sure is an easy fix. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Austin!

A pleasant stay
Very friendly Checkin experience. Good breakfast selection. Nice pool area with towels provided. Plenty of parking. The hotel moved my room as it was cricket season and my booked room did have a few crickets in upon Checkin. A short Uber ride into the city centre.

Everything was nice and clean except the room was had a musty damp smell. The carpet was dirty, my feet had to be washed walking on the carpet. Other than that the place overall was very cute. Definitely need to clean those carpets in the room.
