It is the perfect place for those who want to be around night life! The hotel is right next to rainy street and a couple blocks away from 6th street. It’s also beside the highway which makes it easy to get to others nearby towns and neighborhoods!
We had a four day stay and after day two we asked for more towels and toilet paper. We were told “ this isn’t a luxury hotel and we only service every three days” To be clear our towels had been used four times and we were out of toilet paper and using Kleenex. Extremely understaffed and unapologetic. We had to take toilet paper out of the bathroom…not to mention the hotel upcharged and for 4 night it was over $1,000. That’s a lot if money for the most terrible service I’ve ever had.
This property is understaffed and the staff is not very friendly. Could hardly get coffee cups for our room nor the free coffee pods, sugar and cream. Do not ask the staff about restaurant recommendations as they did not provide good recs and don’t seem interested. We liked our room, the view and the ease of location, but extra amenities are not provided. The shower door does not close. It slides open constantly during showers.
Loved the location. Perfect place to stay that's in downtown and close to Zilker for ACL (we lyfted to the music festival from the hotel!). The towels and blankets could be more comfortable.
