The guys at valet were amazing. The peeps at check in/out were emotionless. Didn’t get a hospitality welcome or thank you. They need to understand their role and the difference first impressions can make.

We didn't realize how close to Rainey Street this was. Amazing location and the staff was wonderful and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved our stay and will definitely rebook when we come back.

Loved my stay but parking situation is horrible. If you want your car in their parking garage it is 49 dollars per night. What kind of hotel doesn’t allow their guests free parking???I parked my car across the hotel where many other cars were parked and received a parking ticket.

Hotel was fabulous! In a great location, super clean, fun, and modern. Only thing that was a bit off was the cleanliness of the pool, but none of us or anyone there let it stop us!
