My family & I came to rest, not Wor for Marriott. We asked house keeping & the Desk attendant for our room be serviced. After a long day we entered into our room & it was still filthy, beds unmade, trash not emptied, towels were all dirty. I went to desk & they gave me the linens & towels to change out, then I had to clean the trash up before my family. I let the manager know in the morning & she acted as if it was no big deal… She said, I’ll get be you some points. I’m sorry this is unexceptionable.

It was very difficult to turn off the light in the coffee bar in the hotel room. Otherwise all was good. I wish in general hotels had more supportive pillows. LOL
