Checked out 1-2-26 and was told my deposit of $50 would be fully refunded. On 1-4-26 I learned I received a partial refund. Called the motel and spoke with Ms. Ruth and she told me the pillowcase and towels were stained and did not come out in the laundry. I do not believe this, and plan to file a complaint and dispute these charges with my bank. She also told me that the check out clerks do not always know what housekeeping will report. My children and I did not misue linens beyond the purpose they were intended to be used. I saw a roach in the room the same day I checked in. I woke up on the 1-1-26 scratching around my left elbow and saw red spots, similar to insect bites. I am still treating this area which has developed into noticeable insect bites with extremely uncomfortable itching. I will be contacting my doctor for an examination. I will never stay at another Motel 6 again.

Overall room was worth the price. Clean; but basic and smaller than expected. Also smelled a bit of body odor. Isn’t in the best neighborhood; but close to the airport, staff was friendly and professional, and was a decent value.

First, the good: staff were generally helpful & friendly. Now, the place: I chose it on Expedia because it looked clean & new-ish, and removed from inner city issues. It was not especially clean. Dirt tracked in on the hallway carpets stayed there. There were homeless people EVERYWHERE; I didn't dare go for a walk, even in the daytime. Place was poorly marked & lit, especially for new guests arriving at night. Streetside facade poorly maintained. Entrance was in the BACK, well-lit, and required room key for double security (that part was good). The kicker: my toilet WOULDN'T FLUSH PROPERLY, FIRST TWO+ DAYS!! Had to wait until the next time the Maint. guy was on duty. One night, it literally sounded like some guy was building something in his room; thump, boom, bang! Not dancing, not sex, just noise, until 3:30 am. Resumed at 10:00am. There were nicer places all around, just not...THIS ONE. With budget lodging, you get what you pay for.
Street-side facade suggests someone gave up on this place some time ago........
