All good except the code entry is annoying

The room was nice, clean, good location, and the were nice outdoor spaces. But the access via code entry was really annoying. There’s a 6 digit code that you have to enter every time you have to get through any door even the elevator back down to the lobby. It was excessive and super finicky. I even got stuck in the elevator at one point because when my code wasn’t working the door closed and it wouldn’t let me go back up or open the door to get out at lobby level, I didn’t have my phone and it at least let me get to the basement, luckily a cleaning staff member was able to let me back up.

I stayed here while in Austin for Besame Mucho Festival. It was a great place. Walking distance to 6th street and Rainey Street and a Starbucks around the corner in the morning. Definitely will stay again on my next visit

The property was beautiful, room had everything I could possibly need for a quick trip. The only issue was a loud beeping noise from the hallway that kept me up most of the night. Even with that, I would stay here again.

Nice but a few changes are needed

Let me start by saying that the hotel was located in a perfect spot as far as getting to all the fun areas such as sixth Street and Congress Avenue. That in itself is worth the money. It appears that they are transitioning from residential apartments to full-time hotel. They haven’t really gotten the hotel part down 100%. There was no Maid Service and they didn’t give enough supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and paper towels. We loved the fact that we had our own kitchen and could make breakfast every morning without having a rush out the door, but they only gave us four plates, glasses and silverware. The code situation to get in and out of your room and to get into any of the amenities was annoying. They should definitely consider changing that to a swiping card. The terrace that is accessible was fantastic and all the look of the bike trail, which was really cool to see people going by especially at night and the skyline was gorgeous.
