Check in was a bad start. When I asked a simple question about the latest check-in time, the front desk staff member acted confused and laughed, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
The room itself was disappointing. The shower was dirty, and the shampoo dispenser was empty and kept falling off the wall bracket. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was the biggest letdown, especially after reading reviews that said it was good. Everything tasted like it came straight out of a frozen package. The folded eggs with processed cheese were strange, the hash browns were soggy, and there was no apple or orange juice. I was really looking forward to a hot, hearty breakfast, but it was cold and very low quality.
Overall, this stay wasn’t worth the money. I only stayed because I was exhausted, but honestly, I would have been better off saving my money and driving back home to San Antonio.
