BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
The primary suite features a plush king-size bed, an armchair, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. This room occupies the entire top floor of the unit, but does not have a door at the top of the stairs.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a recliner. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy sweeping views and fresh mountain air at any time. The covered section invites you to relax in the shade, whereas the plush love seat offers space to soak up the sun.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Assigned covered parking is available for one car. One uncovered guest space may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
This unit is located on the third floor, with no neighbors above. An elevator is not available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
