I loved the look and feel of the hotel. It was very welcoming. The staff members were very polite and welcoming also. I decided I'd like to try breakfast at the hotel after taking a walk around the lovely walkway and Riverfront Park. The restaurant wasn't extremely busy when I walked in. I sat down at an empty seat, a server brought water and utensils, and said that someone would be with me as soon as possible. I waited for about 1/2 hour more before someone came, they said they didn't know I was there. I asked for the oatmeal breakfast which included fruit, and waited another 1/2 hour before it came. It was served in an oversized bowl full of oatmeal that was very runny. Way too much for one person. I thought they had already added the cream that was supposed to accompany it because it was so runny, and I added the brown sugar and raisins thinking that might help, but it didn't. I took a few bites, ate my fruit, and couldn't take anymore as I started to feel queasy, I returned the oatmeal. The staff was very apologetic about the matter and gave me $3.50 off of my bill. I thought more should have been taken off my bill since the oatmeal breakfast was very expensive to begin with. Unfortunately, I left feeling very unsatisfied. The oatmeal won't be a choice if I every get to visit again. However, overall I was satisfied with my visit.

We checked In Early and the room we were given was an accessible room on the bottom floor that’s was so tiny (no floor space or even a chair) with a view of the back of cars out our window. I know that I can’t expect the exact same room as the pictures online but this wasn’t even remotely close, so I called down and asked what the deal was and I was told that I booked that room and that they had a delux room available for another 25$.. we had originally booked a delux room (was on The receipt) but had to pay an additional 25$ to get it, in checkout we tried to explain this and the desk person didn’t care. The hotel was great, clean and cozy but the screw around with the rooms put a bad twist in our mouth about it

This hotel is right on the amazing Spokane river walk are, and close to the waterfalls and the pavillion. It is a fantastic location if you like to walk. And our room was comfortable with a good bed and a balcony with a view of the river and fall colors. Internet was spotty, and there were a couple of minor issues (for example we did not have any coat hangers in the closet). But we would definitely stay there again.

I will never stay here again. The beds are extremely uncomfortable the sag all along the edges so you have to be in the middle or you will start to slide out. The headboard of the beds are giant mirrors from ceiling to floor, who would want this?! The bathroom door has no lock. The shower is open with no door or curtain, water got everywhere. Tv didn’t work because previous occupants apparently liberated the HDMI cable. Room was extremely hot even after lowering the in room thermostat to 67. HVAC unit was extremely loud it banged and sputtered everytime it turned on, sounded like it was close to exploding or something. No continental breakfast offered. Only breakfast option costs $20 per person. Avg cost of this room was absolutely not worth it.
