Park Inn By Radisson is one of my favorite hotels. The ambiance and welcoming staff make you feel at home. The Western buffet with some Filipino options makes this hotel a great choice. The big mall is right outside the hotel, so it is very convenient to go shopping and dine. The rooms are good size, but the beds are a bit smaller—there are no queen—size bed options for bigger people. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for tourists to stay. Use Grab app to find a ride. Parking is hard to find in this location.

The hotel concept is similar to the Iloilo. The hotel is directly connected to the mall from the hotel itself which is a great plus. Front desk staff was great along with the bellmen who were very accomodating. The pool area was clean and very relaxing. I will certainly return!

They are currently doing some waterproofing repair at the exterior courtyards which is a matter of pulling up the existing tiles, and demo-ing the concrete subslab - there is, of course, some noise associated with this. It's not terribly bothersome, but it's there just the same, otherwise I would rank this higher. The hotel on the whole is in fine condition, well-maintained, and serves a generous breakfast that is well-attended. Access is SM is simply steps away, and is a real benefit for shopping and meals. GRAB worked well for larger van taxi's. I would stay here again.
