Comfortable chalet Sankt Oswald

Very comfortable, idyllically situated house (half chalet) which is rented from June 2015. The house is very comfortable and has a warm, bright atmosphere. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with a total of 8 new beds (90x200). Furthermore, 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath. In addition, an extra (3rd) toilet. Modern and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Lovely sauna (6p) in the basement. In the living room, with large windows that offer plenty of views of the valley and the mountains, an authentic stove is present. Furthermore, central heating in all rooms. There are in the house 3 3 flat TVs include all NL channels. Of course there is WiFi available. Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer.
The house has its own sunny garden (gate prevents small children just be down) slopes down to a mountain stream. Outside eat on the large balcony or in the garden of 11. 00-19. 00 hours is plenty of sunshine. There are two parking spaces on site. Hiking and mountain bike trails start literally on your doorstep. Restaurants, small supermarket, ski slopes and gondola at 1km (as the crow flies 300m, Brunnachlift). Shops and other facilities, wed two beautiful wellness centers with indoor and outdoor pools, are 5 km away in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Tennis at 1 km. Superb 18 hole golf course at 6 km. The Feldsee, Afritzer See, Millstätter See and Ossiacher See (water in summer> 25 gr) can all be reached in 15-30 minutes by car.
