1) I did cancel my 4 nights and rebooked a 2 nights stay and paid them. Because I did that they put both of my reservations in the cancellation folder. Hotel was overbooked because of the conference. At the end she found one non-cleaned room. She told me that you should have called us to explain. 2) The was talking over the cellphone for personal matters while helping me and getting a second personal call to the hotel line also. So I let you imagine they mess up your reservation and laughing over the phone with friends. 3) This same lady told me that I must pay 3 euros for the city tax for tourism, I told her it is fine and asked her if I can pay that with credit card. she replied yes sure you can do that. So my second and last night I am arriving at the hotel 11pm after a long day and I have to go to the airport 4 am. So now a different lady, I stopped an asked her about reserving a taxi for 4 am. With her poor english she replied sorry you must pay now your 3 euros taxes, so I pulled my wallet and gave her my card, she replied NO "rude tone", I told her that I was advised I can pay with CC, she replied NO, they will take 10% fees. I remembered that I had some euros left in my room, so I said ok and turned to go to my room. She stood up from behind the counter and was yelling Sir, You must pay now, I asked how much extra do you want me to pay to be able to use my card? with a calculator, she replied 3.5 euros. I gave her the card and finally problem was solved
