Terrible hotel and room, but with a VERY HIGH PRICE. Main room light did not work. Empty rooms without beds. Two rooms with locked doors. TW with no channels. Dirty towel in bathroom, etc. etc... I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. I require a partial refund. Once more TERRIBLE

Hotel Bauer, a Hotel with a long history, has been reopened by new owners who wish to bring the hotel - and restaurant - back to their glory days. For now it is a sparsely equipped, clean and wonderfully quiet nights stay - With shutters that provide total blackout darkness, windows that open to let in fresh air, and crisp white bed linens. The owners are super responsive and truly care. We were quickly set up with recommendations for a nearby restaurant, electronics store, and even a gardener. Access is super convenient with keypad lock and the price is more than reasonable.

Brauchen wir nie wieder
Leider nicht zu empfehlen, kein heisses Wasser, Zimmer kalt,als wir ankamen. Mobiliar zusammengewürfelt und abgewohnt. Keine Pflegeprodukte , ausser einem Stück Seife und eine angefangene Minitube Duschgel, die hatte bestimmt der Vorbewohner liegen lassen.Schade, die Besitzer müssen sich mächtig anstrengen, dass aus dem sogenannten Hotel auch eines wird.Vielleicht auch an der Gemütlichkeit arbeiten und vor allem den Gartentisch der draussen mal reinigen, fällt sofort ins Auge.

Große Zimmer, ordentlich und sauber. Luxuriöses Bett, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Hotel gerne wieder besuchen.
